As CFO, Adams manages all financial operations of the Company. He is also responsible for creating the vision and developing the strategy for Human Resources as it pertains to ADS’ corporate business plan. He also manages Recruiting and MIS.

Mr. Adams, a certified public accountant, comes to ADS with nearly 20 years experience in public accounting and in the software marketplace. He brings a great deal of experience in both the financial area as well as the management of internal administrative services in our industry. Mr. Adams plays a pivotal role in ensuring that both the financial health and the support services provided to ADS’ extensive professional staff are world class.

Before joining ADS, Mr. Adams worked for Permabit, Inc., a leading provider of storage software solutions. Prior to that, he served 4 years as CFO for Bowstreet, Inc., and 9 years as CFO at Kenan Systems, a telecom billing software provider that eventually sold to Lucent Technologies for $1.4 Billion.

A graduate of Boston College, Adams earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He resides in Walpole with his wife and four children.
